Dr. Elliot Shine, DDS

Born and raised in Long Island, Dr. Elliot graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Chemistry. He then attended Columbia University’s College of Dentistry and attained his DDS degree. He graduated in the top 1/3 of his class and earned the Divisional Excellence Award in Pediatric Dentistry.



Dr. Elliot continued his dental education by specializing in Pediatric Dentistry at New York University College of Dentistry and Bellevue Hospital. Trained by some of the leading and foremost practitioners in the field, Dr. Elliot honed in on his clinical technique and behavior management strategies. He gained expertise in many treatment modalities, including nitrous oxide, oral sedation and general anesthesia. He is BLS and PALS certified and an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the New York County Dental Society.

With compassion and a caring personality, Dr. Elliot always strives to make every dental visit a positive experience for all of his patients. He believes in prevention and education as much as treatment and fosters good oral habits and techniques for every one of his patients. He is excited to be serving the community he grew up in and aims to provide the highest quality of care to all of his patients.

Residing in Manhattan, Dr. Elliot enjoys spending time with his family and friends. During his free time, he enjoys filmmaking, traveling and discovering new restaurants.
