Dr. Steven Lin, D.M.D.

Dr. Steven is a pediatric dentist, who originally grew up in Brooklyn and now lives with his family in Queens. He joined the Kiddsmiles team in 2023 and is thrilled to work closely with families in the nearby communities and deliver exceptional care to young patients.

Dr. Steven graduated from Bronx High School of Science and then attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development. He then enrolled in Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences in Newark, NJ to earn his Master of Biomedical Sciences (MBS) degree prior to attending dental school. He graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in the inaugural class at Touro College of Dental Medicine in Hawthrone, NY, where he served as Class President in the third and fourth years of his studies.

Towards the end of dental school, Dr. Steven decided that pursuing pediatric dentistry made sense, given that he enjoyed his extracurricular time throughout the years volunteering at a daycare, participating in underserved youth outreach, and tutoring kids in math, science, and standardized tests.

So, Dr. Steven began his post-graduate training with a General Practice Residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital. Then, he returned to the Bronx to complete his specialist training in pediatric dentistry at St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was one of the chief residents in the second year.

In his spare time, Dr. Steven enjoys swimming, traveling with friends and family, cooking, board games, and trivia nights.
